The exterior is made of rivetless pre-painted enamel aluminum, securely bonded with "VHB" two-sided tape, and the exposed steel components are shot blasted, primed, and painted for extra durability. Inside, the trailer is equipped with ⅜” plywood walls and a ⅝” plywood floor, designed to support substantial cargo. Safety is prioritized with features like lighted corner markers, rubber-mounted lights, a lighted license plate, and a breakaway kit. The trailer's functionality is further enhanced by HD aluminum door holdbacks, enclosed wiring, galvanized hardware, and interior lights with a switch. For additional protection against the elements, it includes an automotive-style undercoating, a 24” checkerplate front, an aluminum mill finish roof, and side vent for ventilation. The loading and unloading process is made easy with a choice of a barn or rear door ramp, along with a light-duty ramp capable of supporting up to 800 lbs.
